By accessing or using the LunaView website, app or related services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are not old enough to form a contract where you live, use the Service only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
2. The Service
LunaView provides features related to entertainment-content discovery, browsing, playback or associated experiences. Content, availability, regional restrictions and features are those shown in the released app and its Google Play listing. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons.
3. Rules of use
You must use the Service lawfully and in good faith. Do not bypass security, reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; use automated means to scrape it where prohibited; impersonate anyone; invade privacy; upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, malicious or harmful material; or violate applicable law, third-party terms or these Terms.
4. Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, LunaView’s name, marks, interface, software, text and other materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Rights in content ordinarily belong to their respective owners. 5. Third-party services
The Service may include third-party content, links, advertising, app stores or payment services. Those third parties are independently responsible for their services, content, availability and privacy practices. Review their applicable terms before using them.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure or fit-for-purpose Service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, third-party content or events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Material updates will be communicated by a reasonable method. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms or applicable law.
